Email us at pawfectlivingspaces@gmail.com with a clear video showing the entire delivery box and all the products received.
The video is mandatory for us to assess the issue and offer a resolution. Unfortunately, we will not be able to assist without it.

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns on pet furniture unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is damaged, please send us a video of the unboxing, and we will be happy to process a return or replacement for any issues on our end.

Please note that all orders are custom-made just for you, and as such, we are unable to accept returns once an order is placed.
